SUMMARY
Challenge: Build upon a specific pain point for the next wave of crypto users. My take: Create a non-intrusive menu bar app for Metamask. The goal was to create a sufficiently minimal MacOs wallet that’s simple with zero onboarding, functional for social (contacts on ENS) payments, avoid complicated dashboards, and robust enough to replace keys with biometrics access.

Even though Metamask is the most popular gateway for new
crypto users on DeFi, its UI responds to their business
strategic goals of monetizing swaps between several chains
and coins. But, not everybody is a power user nor needs
advanced security layering. I personally believe that crypto
adoption will happen under the hood, with borderless
remittances, and gated access to content through
"invisible" credentials. This project responds to
that belief, and it doesn't represent the brand's
goals, as I understand it.
